How to Update Your Record |

Dear Member,
Please take a moment to update your information so that your record at SKA is current. You can do this either via the Membership Update Form (available from the SKA office), or through the online Membership System on this website.
Follow these steps to update your record online:
- Login using your username and password, e.g.

Note:
- In most cases, your NRIC is your username. Your username/default password will be mailed to you (May - June 2010)
- Contact the SKA admin office for enquiries regarding your login information.
- Please keep your login information strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for its security.
- You are advised to change your password when you login for the first time (and periodically thereafter).
- Upon successful login, you will see your Profile page:
 This page shows the information we have on record. Notice too the Member Menu (left-side).
- To Edit your profile, select Update Your Profile from the Edit menu (located at the top of Profile page).
- You will now see the following (notice the Portrait and Contact Info tabs):

Notice the little icons on this page. The legend at the bottom of the image explains their purpose in the system.
- To upload / change your photo, select Upload new profile image from the pull-down list.
Then click the Browse button, select the image from your pc and click Upload.
Note: All uploaded images will have to be approved by the administrator before they appear in member profiles.
- Next, click the Contact Info tab. This is where you will edit your personal information.
Fields that you can update will now be available in editable format. Please check and update all available fields.
- Click the Update button (located at the bottom of the page), to save all your changes.
- Logout once you are done using the system.
The Logout button is available at two locations: at the top horizontal menu as well as on the left of the webpage.
